In Memory of Brigadir F.H.KISCH, Chief Engineer 8th Army who lost his life on the field of battle, the concert openned with Mendelssohn’s Funeral March (orchestrated by M. Lavri). Brigadir Kisch was a devoted friend of the Orchestra’s for many years, being Hon. Treasurer since its inception.
